Staycation at Sea Sprite Hotel in Hermosa Beach

Pause- when was the last time you took a getaway in your own city? Last week I decided to treat myself to a staycation in Hermosa Beach at Sea Sprite Hotel

If you’re a fan of Veronica Mars or Gilmore Girls you might recognize it. It’s a cute boutique hotel that’s been fully renovated they’re even currently building an outside bar, from the outside I didn't expect much but once I got inside- I was pleasantly surprised! It has modern furniture, bright airy rooms, all the works! Treat yourself by getting a room with a private balcony, the view is absolutely breathtaking.

Things to do :

If you just want to relax in your hotel, and just have some ME time, this is the spot, they have cable tv for all your binging pleasure and a kitchenette filled with plenty of goodies.

Don’t want to leave The Sea Sprite but want some fresh air? Bask in the sun on the upper deck while getting some vitamin D or in the evening pop open a bottle of wine and get cozy next to the fireplace on the patio.

Walk out of The Sea Sprite and you’re steps away from the beach. It’s conveniently located near several restaurants, bars and entertainment within a one minute of walking distance. 

The amount of activities available are endless- from surfing, to rollerblading and more. Keep walking down the boardwalk and you’ll end up in Redondo beach another beautiful beach city.
