BÜHNE NOIR founder Novi Brown joined creative collaborator Malcolm Cook at H&M's Los Angeles showroom to introduce ACT II, the brand's second fragrance. The evening brought together Black creatives, fashion, beauty, and Haitian-inspired bites.
