Republic of Pie

Happy Monday!

So my buddy Alex & I stopped by Republic of Pie in North Hollywood since he's been raving about it to me for the longest so I decided to give it a shot.

The place looks pretty cool and it's right in the NoHo Arts District so it's filled with artsy creative geniuses.

I tried the Cheesecake Pie w/ Berries

I was pretty disappointed my pie didn't even look like the pie they had on display where are my berries? :( 

Alex had the Chocolate Creme Pie.

Overall The pie wasn't bad but it wasn't anything I'd wait in line for, Alex said it's weird the pies usually taste better but even his was a little off that day. Republic of Pie seems to be one of those overhyped places to me.

Will I go back again? Mostly likely not for pie but I would like to try their regular food menu items.
